- Please arrive on time — departures are daily at 11:00 and 14:00 from Los Gigantes Port (Calle Poblado Marinero 26).
- Transportation to the port is not included; guests must arrive on their own.
- Bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, and sunglasses to ensure comfort during the tour.
- Snorkelling gear is not provided — please bring your own if you plan to swim.
- The boat is fully licensed for whale watching and certified with the Blue Flag for high environmental and safety standards.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Absolutely would do it again! We chose a 3-hour dolphin tour on the sailboat Lady Elsie (€50 including a drink), though there are also various other boats and tours starting from €15. The service was excellent, and we were in a small group, so there was plenty of space on board and great visibility. First, we sailed along the cliffs of Los Gigantes to Masca Beach, where there was a chance for a quick swim. After that, we headed out to the open sea. The two captains were super friendly and constantly on the lookout for whales and dolphins. We spotted a pod of dolphins that swam alongside us for quite a while. The crew went out of their way to make this the best possible experience and even extended the tour a bit for us. Highly recommended – we’d go with this provider again anytime!

We boarded the Lady Elsie and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Choose this boat if you’re looking for a quiet and intimate experience — the sailboat accommodates just 6 people. The crew was very welcoming, kind, and guided us throughout the excursion. I highly recommend it! Seeing the dolphins and whales was truly magnificent.
