Nice little adventure where we saw 3 whales. Today was very windy and choppy so it was harder to see and get closer to the whales. You’re travelling quite far before getting to the place where the whales are so do not expect more than around 20-30 min looking for whales. However it was a nice excursion and a very nice and knowledgable crew onboard.
We really enjoyed our 3hrs trip. We saw many whales, even with a little baby. The captain knows his stuff and was able to spot the whales very well. The trip includes a stop for swimming and snacks so bring a swimsuit and a towel. A hoodie/coat comes handy as well – the wind on the ocean can be quite cold and some days, you can get a little salty showers on the boat, too. The boat has capacity for 20 people and moves on the waves. Some people got sea sick but the crew handled the situation very well.
